Publicis Sapient seeks a Manager Data Engineering/Data Architect to design, build, and optimize scalable data platforms and pipelines across cloud data platforms. You will lead large-scale data systems, mentor teammates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value insights and AI-enabled capabilities.

The role requires strong Python skills, hands-on cloud data platform experience, and a track record of modern data architectures such as lakehouse or data mesh.

Qualifications

• End-to-end data pipelines and production-grade platforms experience.
• Hands-on with at least one public cloud data platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Databricks including Delta Lake and notebooks.
• Strong Python and data engineering tooling experience.
• Experience with data modeling and lakehouse or data mesh patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data platforms and pipelines.
• Lead data engineering initiatives and mentor juniors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements.
• Ensure observability, reliability, and post-production support.
• Support AI/ML and LLM deployment data needs.
