Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Manager Data Engineering to design and implement scalable data platforms that support data-driven decision making. You will lead end-to-end data pipelines, modernize data platforms, and mentor junior engineers across cloud environments.

You will work on batch and streaming pipelines, AI-enabled data services, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business value for clients in a fast-paced consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated end-to-end data pipelines and production-grade platforms.
• Hands-on with at least one leading public cloud data platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Databricks and lakehouse patterns preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data platforms to enable data-driven decisions.
• Lead large-scale data systems, pipelines, and data platform modernization initiatives.
• Build batch and streaming pipelines across cloud platforms and distributed frameworks.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute hands-on to delivery.
• Automate data platform operations including telemetry for AI-enabled services.
• Provide feasibility assessments and project estimates for data solutions.
