Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Manager Data Engineering to design, build, and optimize data platforms enabling scalable analytics. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions, focusing on batch and streaming pipelines across cloud platforms and modern processing frameworks.

You will mentor juniors, drive data platform modernization, and contribute hands-on to delivery while collaborating with clients to translate requirements into realizable architectures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building end-to-end data pipelines and production-grade data platforms.
• Experience with at least one major public cloud data platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong Python proficiency and tooling for data engineering and AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks including notebooks, jobs, Delta Lake or lakehouse patterns.
• Experience with both streaming and batch data pipelines using Spark, Glue, Dataflow, or similar.
• Familiarity with data modeling, warehouse design, and modern lakehouse/data mesh patterns.
• Strong CI/CD practices and production support experience.
• Knowledge of MLOps and AI/ML deployment considerations.

Responsibilities
