Job summary

Publicis Sapient is hiring a Manager Data Engineering/Data Architect to design and optimize scalable data platforms. You will lead end-to-end data pipelines, oversee batch and streaming processes, and support AI-enabled engineering use cases across multiple clouds.

You will mentor teammates and deliver measurable business value while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building end-to-end data pipelines and production-grade data platforms.
• Hands-on with leading public cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong Python for data engineering, automation, or AI workflows.
• Experience with columnar DB tech (BigQuery/Redshift/Vertica) and NoSQL (DynamoDB/Bigtable/Cosmos DB).
• Experience with streaming and batch data pipelines (Glue ETL, Lambda, Dataflow, Data Factory, Spark).
• Knowledge of data modeling, warehouse design, lakehouse or data mesh patterns.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, release management, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead data pipeline modernization and batch/streaming workloads across cloud platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute hands-on to delivery.
