We are seeking a Senior Manager Data Engineering to design scalable data platforms and lead cross-functional teams in delivering end-to-end data pipelines for our clients.

The role emphasizes batch and streaming data pipelines on leading cloud platforms, strong Python skills, and mentoring junior engineers within a collaborative consulting environment.

Qualifications

• End-to-end data pipelines and production-grade data platforms.
• Experience with one leading public cloud data platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with Databricks including notebooks, jobs, Delta Lake or lakehouse patterns.
• Strong Python for data engineering and AI workflows.
• Experience with columnar DBs (BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) and NoSQL/SQL systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of large-scale data systems and pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute hands-on to delivery.
• Ensure observability, reliability, and cost controls of data platforms.
• Support AI-enabled engineering use cases with robust data foundations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
