Job summary

UTeach Institute at the University of Texas at Austin seeks a leader to coordinate program evaluation, data collection and reporting across STEM education initiatives. This role guides the Data and Evaluation team and collaborates with cross-team partners to advance national and local initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in education/science, 3+ years of relevant work, strong Excel skills, and experience with data systems, surveys, and dashboards. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, mathematics, science, or related field.
• At least three years of relevant work experience.
• Strong project management, communication, data collection, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, management, and analysis for UTeach Institute datasets.
• Oversee data and evaluation projects across programs.
• Administer Qualtrics and Salesforce systems for multiple projects.
• Develop data interfaces and dashboards for reporting.
• Collaborate across teams and support professional development activities.
• Support annual graduate tracking of employment and credentials.
