Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, mathematics, science, or related field.
• Three years of successful, relevant work experience.
• Strong project management, communication, data collection, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with relational databases.
• Experience designing and coordinating evaluation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and coordinate activities for program evaluation, data collection, and reporting.
• Oversee data collection, validation, and secure data management practices.
• Develop and maintain data interfaces including dashboards and reports.
• Support the design and implementation of evaluation projects across initiatives.
