Purpose
To foster student success and engagement within the UTeach Program by leading strategic recruitment and retention initiatives, providing comprehensive academic advising across multiple degree paths, and managing scholarship processes. Through collaborative event planning, student organization advising, and targeted outreach, this role supports the development of future STEM educators and strengthens the UTeach community.

Employment Eligibility

Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to position being at least 20 hours per week and 135 days in length.
