University of Texas at Austin seeks a Lead Evaluation Coordinator to lead a team and coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting for the UTeach Institute. The role anchors longitudinal studies, manages data quality, and partners across STEM education initiatives.
You will administer Qualtrics and Salesforce interfaces, design evaluation protocols, and help plan professional development and dissemination of findings. Strong Excel and teamwork are essential.

UTexas UTeach at UT Austin includes the innovative UTeach STEM teacher preparation program, a national expansion effort for that program, teacher professional development, and several local STEM education initiatives, all supporting the improvement of STEM education and the public education system overall. The UTeach Institute serves as the hub to a vibrant national community of practice of more than 700 college and university STEM education experts at dozens of US universities and over 10,000 K–12 STEM teachers. We support institutions of higher education as they work to attract and retain STEM majors into STEM teaching careers, provide support for STEM teacher preparation programs, and develop innovative K–12 coursework and teacher professional learning that strengthens current STEM teacher effectiveness and engagement. To lead a team and coordinate activities related to program evaluation, data collection and management, and reporting for the UTeach Institute. This position also supports all other STEM Education initiatives of the UTeach Institute.
$80,000 + depending on qualifications
Exposure to standard office conditions. In/out of state travel up to 10% of the time, with peak travel times during the spring and fall semesters.
Regular staff who have been employed in their current position for the last six continuous months are eligible for openings being recruited for through University-Wide or Open Recruiting, to include both promotional opportunities and lateral transfers. Staff who are promotion/transfer eligible may apply for positions without supervisor approval.
The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
