Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, meetings, professional development, or similar programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience collecting, organizing, and maintaining program data, reports, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned programs, projects, events, meetings, site visits, and related initiatives to ensure timelines, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder needs are met.
• Plan and support logistics, agendas, materials, participant communication, facilitation support, attendance tracking, and follow-up for in-person, virtual, and hybrid activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to support effective coordination and timely resolution of needs.
• Maintain program records, dashboards, trackers, survey results, and other documentation needed for reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
• Support development and maintenance of playbooks, manuals, procedures, templates, and digital updates to promote best practices.
