Job summary

Specialty Rx, Inc. in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacist operations and ensure accuracy in data entry and order processing.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, allocating resources, and maintaining compliance with safety and departmental policies while upholding our CARE culture. Prior pharmacy and data entry experience are preferred. This role requires reliability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Texas is required.
  • Previous pharmacy experience is preferred.
  • Previous data entry experience is preferred.
  • Must be reliable and multitask.
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to lift light loads.
  • Knowledge of brand and generic medications.

  • Supervise Data Entry and Customer Service Technicians to ensure productivity standards are met.
  • Allocate staffing resources based on current workflow.
  • Review and enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
  • Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies.
  • Complies with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code.
  • Complete any other task assigned by the Pharmacist In Charge.
