Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Austin to support data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries. You will handle orders for pharmacist review, maintain accurate customer records, and respond promptly to calls and faxes to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
• Previous experience in pharmacy.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Moderate to advanced computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
• Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
• Clarify orders as needed.
