Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician with pharmacy background.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
• Answer phones and respond to orders and inquiries.
• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
• Clarify orders as needed.
• Handle and resolve client complaints promptly.
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and cutoff times.
