Qualifications

• Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of complex data pipelines, dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Define reporting needs with senior stakeholders and deliver high-impact insights.
• Champion AI/ML techniques to innovate reporting solutions and provide predictive insights.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Establish data governance, integrity, and best practices across reporting solutions.
• Mentor team members on tools, methodologies, and AI technologies.
• Drive improvements and contribute to the technical roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data architecture and pipelines using DBT, SQL, Python, Claude.AI, Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Advance AI-enabled reporting, delivering predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and inform strategy.
• Ensure data governance and quality across reporting solutions.
• Mentor and train team members on analytics tools and AI tech.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
• Present findings and recommendations to executives through reports and visuals.
• Lead projects from concept to deployment with alignment to business goals.
• Serve as SME and escalation point for data analysis and reporting.
