Job summary

TRSS is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the development of advanced reporting solutions using DBT, Snowflake, Claude.AI, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint. This role emphasizes AI-integrated analytics to enable data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, design scalable data pipelines, and mentor teammates while driving governance and adopting emerging AI technologies to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering or a similar role with BI project leadership.
• Expert in DBT, SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on AI/ML design and deployment experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of data pipelines, frameworks and dashboards.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define reporting needs and insights.
• Champion AI/ML techniques to innovate reporting solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and inform decisions.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and mentor team members.
• Present findings to executives with clear recommendations.
