Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to lead the design and delivery of the data platform, from lakehouse models to production pipelines on Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric. You will own ELT/ETL patterns with dbt and build data products that inform analytics and AI initiatives.

In this mid–senior IC role, you will collaborate with the solution architect and data product managers, advance standards and frameworks, and mentor teammates as the DAI function scales.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years hands-on data engineering with Snowflake and modern ELT/ETL practices.
• Production-grade dbt experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience building data products on a lakehouse architecture with medallion patterns.
• Mentoring or upskilling peers; growth into technical leadership is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines on Snowflake and Fabric.
• Implement ELT/ETL patterns using dbt as the primary transformation layer.
• Develop pipelines for batch, micro-batch, and streaming ingestion across ERP/CRM platforms.
• Translate architecture into production-ready implementations and uphold SLAs for data products.
• Build and maintain data models within lakehouse platforms and enforce medallion standards.
• Create reusable data assets and contribute to data product design with PMs and architects.
• Develop frameworks, testing strategies, and deployment patterns for standardization.
