Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a senior analytics lead to translate engineering and customer needs into scalable software features. You will drive a small team, advance analytics workflows, and collaborate with product management and IT to deliver value. Expect travel and leadership in agile processes.

You will guide data-driven decisions, develop predictive models, and leverage AI platforms to scale solutions across enterprise systems while promoting knowledge sharing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in software development or advanced analytics.
• 2+ years of people leadership in a project setting or small team.
• Leadership with the agile methodology and concepts required.
• Proficient with data engineering tools such as Dataiku, Tableau, Oracle BI, Informatica, Rapid Miner, Azure BI, or Google Cloud Products.
• Experience with building APIs or endpoints to deploy solutions.
• Knowledge of predictive and prescriptive analytics and associated machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency with enterprise D&A platforms such as Azure AI Foundry or Vertex AI is preferred.
• Ability to travel.

• Serve as a data consultant to other functions to build knowledge and capabilities.
• Leverage enterprise AI platforms to deliver scalable solutions and agentic workflows.
