Trane Technologies plc seeks a data analytics professional to build and automate data workflows that empower engineering, design, sales, and manufacturing across North America. You will collaborate with SMEs to convert requirements into scalable data products, leveraging ML/AI to drive improvements in design and development.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, modern analytics tooling, and a strong automation mindset, with an on‑site work pattern Monday through Thursday and flexible

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a data and analytics role, preferably for data engineering or data analytics.
• Experience solving problems through automation.
• Experience with agile methodology and concepts.
• Experience with analytics tools (Dataiku, Tableau, Oracle BI, RapidMiner, Azure BI, Google Cloud BigQuery) and AI tools (Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI).
