Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in data modeling and enterprise data architecture.
• Experience with ERP/analytics cloud ecosystems (Oracle, SAP, GCP, Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
• Proficiency in data mesh, data fabric, MDM, and data product concepts.
• Experience with metadata management and data catalogs (Collibra, Alation).
• Ability to influence without authority and mentor junior data professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise data models across core business domains.
• Lead data model design sessions aligning with business goals and IT strategy.
• Define modeling standards and reusable patterns across teams.
• Document data lineage and governance across systems.
• Collaborate with finance, supply chain, and sales to translate requirements into scalable models.
• Design data integration patterns for ERP, CRM, data lake, and warehouse.
• Support implementation of physical data structures by data engineers.
• Mentor junior staff and review models for enterprise alignment.
