Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Traffic Control Manager in Clermont, FL to lead equipment distribution, reservations and a team of reservation managers. In this role you will analyze data to meet customer demand and drive gross revenue.

You will coordinate inventory, mentor staff, and collaborate with rate analysts to balance inventory and pricing across your market, ensuring outstanding service to U-Haul dealerships and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management and team-building experience.
• Customer service orientation with an analytical mind.
• Strong communication, listening, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in office etiquette to support regional standards.

Responsibilities

• Help provide certainty to customers and field teams through reservation management and equipment distribution.
