You will act as the primary escalation point, oversee workload, mentor technicians, and collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data center operations or infrastructure hardware support.
• Proven technical lead with team supervision responsibility.
• Advanced troubleshooting across server hardware and data center deployments.
• Strong communication with management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between technician team, service provider management, and client stakeholders.
• Prioritize work, assign tasks, and manage team workload.
• Review build documentation before project execution and resolve gaps.
• Direct data center build activities and ensure adherence to designs and standards.
• Serve as escalation point for L1/L2 technicians and provide troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with network and infrastructure teams on project execution.
• Define training paths and coach technicians to improve capability.
• Provide technical leadership and supervise people.
• Track progress, communicate risks, and confirm handover.
