Job summary

Cumming Group is recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee a ground-up data center construction project in Dallas, TX. You will monitor general contractors to ensure work is completed on time, to spec, and to the client’s satisfaction, while leading a team and managing budgets.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in a related field and 8+ years in project management or construction management, plus CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED certifications.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team on large projects or multiple projects.
• Define technical scope of the project.
• Monitor budgets and cost estimates.
• Coordinate communications with the client and provide progress reports.
• Ensure work meets client standards and timelines.
