Cumming Group is recruiting a Project Manager for a ground-up data center construction project in Dallas, TX. You will oversee project teams, ensure work is performed to specifications, and track progress and budgets to meet client objectives.

The role requires substantial experience in construction/project management with a focus on delivering on time and within budget. A CCM, PMP, PE, or LEED certification is preferred; competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction management.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Preferred CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team, either a large project or multiple projects or a whole program.
• Define technical scope of project.
• Monitor and communicate project progress to client and management.
• Review cost estimates and maintain budgets.
• Ensure work aligns with client standards and timelines.
