Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead a ground-up data center construction project. Based in Edgerton, KS, you will oversee a project team, monitor budgets, manage client communications, and ensure delivery on time and to client standards.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in PM/engineering/construction management, with CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED preferred. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• Preferred CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications.
• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team on large projects or multiple programs.
• Define the technical scope of the project.
• Coordinate tasks to promote repeat business and build favorable references.
• Review cost estimates and manage budgets.
• Resolve project-level conflicts and maintain client communications.
• Provide monthly/weekly/daily reports and updates.
