Cumming Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a ground-up data center construction project. You will lead the project team, define scope, monitor budgets, and maintain client communications to ensure the project meets objectives.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project management or construction management, a BS in a related field, and certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED. Equal employment opportunity is offered.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team for large projects or a program.
• Define technical scope of the project.
• Promote opportunities for repeat business and references.
• Review cost estimates.
• Manage project-level conflict resolution.
• Maintain monthly project budgets.
• Facilitate and maintain client communications with reports.
• Achieve client objectives by managing their project and goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Attend work during normal business hours.
