Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager for a ground up data center construction project in Dallas, TX. You will monitor general contractors to ensure work meets client standards, is on time, and within budget.

The role requires leading a project team and coordinating across disciplines to deliver successful outcomes. Preferred qualifications include a BS in Construction Management or related field, 7+ years of PM experience, and certifications such as CCM or PMP.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• Certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team, define technical scope, and coordinate tasks to meet client objectives.
• Review cost estimates and maintain monthly budgets for current and forecasted expenditures.
• Facilitate client communications and deliver regular reports (monthly/weekly/daily).
• Achieve client objectives by effectively managing project goals and timelines.
• Attend work during normal business hours.
