Lead Data Center Construction Superintendent

Job summary

EverOn is seeking a Site Superintendent to coordinate all phases of data center construction on-site. You will schedule subcontractors, monitor quality, safety, and progress, and collaborate with the project team to keep work within budget and on schedule.

The role requires 3+ years in construction, 1+ year in data centers preferred, and strong MS Office skills. You may oversee multiple sites and lead weekly subcontractor meetings to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years Construction experience required
• 1+ years Data Center experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Project)
• Yardi, Procore and Prolog experience preferred
• Experience with Division 2-10 (concrete through finish trade)
• Provide direction to and resolve problems amongst subcontractors and vendors
• Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution
• Blueprint reading
• Endurance to visit entire job site including stairs or elevated structures
• Monitoring job-site health and safety

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with contracted scope
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate for resolution
• Maintain daily written log of jobsite activities
• May perform Field Superintendent duties at multiple job sites
• Ensure subcontractor have corrected deficiencies identified by project team
• Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and plan ahead
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate work
• Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality or scheduling
• Keep job site clean and organized at all times
• Perform punch list identification and completion
• Perform other duties as assigned by EverOn management
