On-Site Data Center Construction Lead

Job summary

EverOn is seeking an on-site Superintendent to coordinate all phases of data center construction, manage subcontractors and vendors, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will maintain daily jobsite logs, plan for planning and allocate resources across multiple sites as needed.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in construction and 1+ year in data centers. Proficiency in Excel/Project and familiarity with Yardi/Procore/Prolog are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years construction experience required.
• 1+ years data center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Project).
• Yardi, Procore and Prolog experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties regarding the work performed.
• Ensure subcontractor fully executes and complies with contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health and environmental standards.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
• Maintain daily log of activities on the jobsite.
• May perform Field Superintendent duties at multiple sites.
• Ensure deficiencies identified by project team are corrected.
• Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in planning.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings to coordinate work.
• Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality/scheduling.
• Keep job site clean and organized.
• Perform punch list identification and completion.
• Complete other duties as assigned by EverOn management.
