Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Data Center General Superintendent to oversee field installation on assigned projects. You will own field labor, quality control, safety, and direct company representation on site to ensure the installation meets the contracted scope.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial construction supervision for mechanical/HVAC large-data center projects, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with Procore, Excel, and Word. Travel is 0–5%.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years superintendent commercial construction experience in Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC large projects.
• Experience in the mechanical construction of large Data Center projects $10+ million.
• Strong communication and management skills to improve the team.
• Team oriented, guides direct reports and works with Admin personnel.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with emails, Excel, Word, Procore and more.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for quality installation of the project.
• Works with Safety to ensure all work complies with ENFRA Safety Policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Reviews submittals for accuracy and compliance.
• Identifies potential change orders and discusses cost impacts with management.
• Customer relations and weekly safety meetings.
• Schedules manpower with Admin staff and ensures background checks and drug screens.
• Interprets plumbing and HVAC drawings for craft installation.
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates on-site functions.
• Performs material take-offs and orders tools, materials, and equipment.
• Ensures all on-site employees comply with OSHA standards & company rules.
• Schedules equipment deliveries with GC and inspections by authorities.
• Administers construction contract.
• Monitors labor reporting and two weeks look ahead.
• Brings the job in on time and under budget.
• Works a six day work week, ten hours per day.
