Henderson Engineers seeks a Site Superintendent to lead on-site construction for mission-critical facilities. You will manage field execution, enforce safety standards, and coordinate subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality on data center projects.

This role requires active presence on active sites and seamless collaboration with project teams. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years in field construction, OSHA 30 or ability to obtain, and strong communication and organizational

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in field construction or supervision.
• Mission-critical, data center or complex facilities preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within defined timeframe.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within defined timeframe.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and docs.
• Basic understanding of scheduling, site logistics, and quality control.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and execution of project schedules with management and teams.
• Assists with pre-construction planning, logistics coordination, and schedule prep.
• Ensures JHAs and safety planning before pre-construction meetings and field work.
• Supports day-to-day jobsite operations and field coordination to meet goals.
• Maintains site logistics to support efficient project execution.
• Keeps jobsite organized and enforces safety, quality, and procedures.
• Maintains project documentation, reports, and schedule updates.
• Participates in daily safety and coordination meetings with field teams.
• Coordinates with subcontractors and field personnel to align activities.
• Supports look-ahead schedules and field coordination efforts.
