Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead MEP deliverables for one or more projects of medium to large size, with emphasis on mechanical systems for data center builds in Martindale, TX. You will coordinate the project team, communicate with clients, and control scope, cost, and schedule to achieve client objectives.

Preferred qualifications include a BS in a related field, 8+ years in PM/engineering/construction, and certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 8+ years in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
• CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED are preferred certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team on large projects or multiple projects.
• Define technical scope of the project.
• Coordinate client communications and manage project tasks.
• Review cost estimates and manage budgets.
• Maintain monthly project budgets and forecasts.
• Attend work during normal business hours.
