Job summary

Humana Lead Data Architect role focuses on designing and building data architecture across environments, creating scalable repositories, and aligning data strategy with business needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5 or more years of data architecture/engineering experience.
• Proficient skills related to Data Modeling, Database Systems, and Data Integration.
• Experience with operational data integration.
• Contribute to the creation of the Data Governance standards.
• Experience with big data integration and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop blueprints for all data repositories.
• Evaluate hardware and software platforms, and integrate systems.
• Translate business needs into long-term data architecture solutions.
• Defines, creates dimensional database schemas.
• Review object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access.
• Advise executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance.
