Job summary

Humana seeks a Lead Data Architect to design and govern data across environments, translating business needs into scalable architecture. You will transform how data is stored, accessed, and analyzed while aligning with corporate services departments, including Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.

You will report to the Principal Solutions Architect and help establish blueprints for data repositories, evaluate platforms, and drive data strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of data architecture/engineering experience.
• Proficient in Data Modeling, Database Systems, and Data Integration.
• Experience with operational data integration.
• Contribute to Data Governance standards.
• Experience with big data integration and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop blueprints for data repositories and data architecture solutions.
• Translate business needs into long-term data architecture solutions.
• Advise executives to develop functional strategies on data matters.
