Job summary

Continental Finance Company is seeking an IT Lead Data Analyst to lead the Operations Data Analytics team. You will define and drive BI strategy, own reporting solutions, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver accurate insights across marketing, operations, collections and customer journeys.

The role combines leadership with hands-on analytics, working with Snowflake, SQL Server, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with professional experience in data analytics or BI.
4–6 years of data analytics, BI, or reporting, including supervising data teams.
Strong SQL and experience with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, SQL Server) and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Lead the Data Analytics team, set priorities, coach colleagues, and ensure timely delivery of reporting solutions.
Partner with business leaders to translate objectives into analytics requirements and data strategy.
Develop and evolve BI capabilities including dashboards and data analysis across core systems and digital platforms.
Analyze and validate data quality across sources and ensure reliable information for decisions.
Promote data governance, standard metrics, and consistent reporting practices.
Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences and drive data-driven decisions.
