Job summary

Linked Business, a member of the Qualco Group, seeks a Data & Analytics Lead to steer the Data & Analysis team, own data models and quality, and manage client projects in a hybrid Athens setting.

You will report to the CEO and collaborate with the CTO and technical team to advance data-driven products for banks and large enterprises, while driving data governance, training, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or BI, including 1–2 years in team or project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and SQL, with experience in designing and operating ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with data quality checks, metrics, and correction processes.
• Proven experience in project and client management, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Confidence in explaining data-related concepts to non-technical audiences in English and Greek.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the platform’s data models and evolve them as products are introduced.
• Organize and automate ETL pipelines in collaboration with the CTO.
• Establish and manage the data quality framework, including checks, metrics, and human-in-the-loop processes.
• Lead the team by setting priorities, managing recruitment, supporting development and conducting performance reviews.
• Manage client projects from requirements analysis through delivery and ongoing support.
• Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales support with product and sales teams.
• Evaluate new data sources and analytical methods for new products and services.
• Document data models, processes, and team knowledge to preserve critical expertise.
