ComputerCare is building a hands-on Lead Analytics Engineer role to own data pipelines, models, metrics, reporting, and data quality. You will operate Snowflake, ingest from NetSuite/Jira, and own the BI layer (HEX) while evaluating Tableau/Looker as we scale.

You'll work directly with leadership to translate operational questions into reliable data products and automated reporting, shaping analytics from the ground up.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience across analytics engineering, data engineering, or analytics, including data models and pipelines.
• Strong Snowflake expertise including architecture and optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in ETL/ELT tooling and integrations.
• Experience building impactful dashboards with HEX, Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
• Experience with ERP/PM tools like NetSuite and Jira, plus custom apps.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale the Snowflake data warehouse, transformations, and pipelines.
• Build reliable data ingestions from NetSuite, Jira, and other apps.
• Lead BI layer development and explore tools like HEX, Tableau, or Looker.
• Partner with leadership to translate goals into data models and dashboards.
• Establish data quality, governance, and a trusted metric dictionary.
• Automate recurring operational reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Drive experimentation and tool experimentation to improve analytics.
• Act as the primary data consultant for multiple departments.
