Job summary

Continental Finance Company is hiring a Lead Data Analyst to guide the Operations analytics team and shape the company’s BI strategy. You will lead data-driven initiatives across marketing, servicing, and risk, translating business questions into scalable analytics solutions.

The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Snowflake experience, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality, governance, and actionable insights. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of data analytics, BI, or reporting experience and prior team leadership.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, SQL Server).
• Experience creating dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Analytics team, set priorities, manage workload, coach members, and deliver high-quality reporting solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to translate objectives into analytics strategies and measurable KPIs.
• Develop and evolve BI capabilities including dashboards and reporting across systems of record and analytics platforms.
• Maintain hands-on analysis of complex data, tracing data across sources and ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Integrate data from core banking and processing platforms, web/mobile apps, and telemetry sources to understand performance.
• Promote data quality, governance, and consistent metric definitions across the organization.
• Communicate findings and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
