Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Lead Underwriting Data Analyst to drive the day-to-day operations in underwriting for new business opportunities and recontracting current clients. You will mentor the team, serve as SME for data questions, and oversee infrastructure to maintain and extend functionality.

You will collaborate with pricing, clinical, account management and implementation teams to develop analyses, reporting, and pricing models; ensure data quality, train new hires, and drive data-driven

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of proven data analysis experience in related domains.
• 1+ year of experience managing direct reports.
• Expertise in SQL for data transformation and analysis with strong documentation.
• Proficiency in Python and R, ETL fundamentals, and cloud data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, process, and analyze client pharmaceutical data to support underwriting and sales.
• Understand data fields, improve data quality, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and customize SQL, Python, and R code to diagnose data issues.
• Create new analytics and reports to support pricing models and ad hoc requests.
• Lead development of analyses and reporting for pricing, clinical, account management, and implementation teams.
• Train and onboard new hires and manage the Underwriting Data Analysts.
