Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Economics (or equivalent work experience)
• 1–3+ years of financial analysis, actuarial, accounting, pricing & underwriting experience
• Pharmacy, PBM, or Health Plan experience preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
• Experience manipulating large data sets and interpreting historical claims data
• Experience with SQL, SAS, or R preferred

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day pricing and underwriting activities for new and renewal business opportunities
• Collaborate with underwriting and cross-functional teams to enhance processes and models
• Assist senior underwriters with pricing strategy development and execution
• Prepare underwriting presentations and identify potential risks
• Gather and organize external data to support analysis and decision making
• Develop pricing models for new and existing products
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timelines are met
• Support maintenance of underwriting and financial reporting systems
• Provide analytic and operational support to meet business needs
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and report non-compliance
