Job summary

Gifthealth is seeking a meticulous Senior Data Analyst to bridge data strategy, commercial, and client success teams. You will design datasets, drive dashboards, and provide insights to optimize program performance across internal and client-facing initiatives.

You will own data quality, governance, and scalable analytics, partnering with product engineering to reflect data changes in datasets while navigating the healthcare landscape and SLAs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data analysis experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with database management experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Domo) and healthcare metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize datasets for automated reporting and program performance measurement.
• Collaborate with commercial, client success, and BI teams to ensure consistent metrics and insights.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support QBRs, planning, and launches.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and secure data handling across datasets.
