GHX is seeking a Senior Technical Data Analyst to join the Data and Analytics group in the USA, reporting to the Software Engineering Manager. You will dive into large datasets, identify issues, extract insights, and mentor junior analysts while developing data-driven solutions for hospitals and suppliers.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical analyst role.
• Mastery of SQL.
• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deep‑dive initiatives into large data sets to identify trends and opportunities and provide solutions.
• Identify and diagnose data inconsistencies and errors and apply quality standards.
• Create, design, and implement AI models, predictions, architectures, and tools to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and develop solutions.
• Mentor a team of junior analysts, providing guidance and support.
• Support GHX data solutions by understanding data, platforms, systems, and applications to recommend changes.
• Contribute ideas and viewpoints to drive innovation on projects.
