Job Description:

On the Power BI Lead role, can across very niche developer. we need someone with a little broader experience, working with data.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of our business intelligence solutions - Expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and DAX - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Strong sql skills - complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, optimization to extract and transform data - help establish BI best practices across the organization
Work with on-prem oracle data sources and cloud sources on data bricks
Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to define KPIs, dimensions, and fact tables
Build semantic layers and star schemas to enable intuitive, high-performance analytics
Develop optimized Power BI reports, dashboards, and paginated reports
Define and enforce best practices for data modeling, governance, and security (Row-Level Security, data masking, and access control)
Provide mentorship and architectural guidance to BI developers and analysts
