Job summary

EY is seeking an Assistant Director to shape enterprise data, analytics and AI capabilities. You will partner with leaders to establish technical direction, deliver modern data platforms, and develop AI-powered solutions that create measurable value.

You will guide architecture decisions, mentor teams, and drive secure, scalable, and high-performing implementations across onshore and offshore delivery models. A strong background in Azure Databricks or Microsoft Fabric is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technology discipline.
8–12 years of progressive experience in data engineering, data platforms or analytics engineering.
Experience leading technical workstreams and guiding architecture decisions.
Hands-on experience with enterprise data/analytics using Azure Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for enterprise data, analytics and AI platform initiatives—from requirements to deployment and support.
Guide architecture decisions to meet security, scalability and operational needs.
Lead multidisciplinary teams through design, development, testing and deployment.
Review designs, data pipelines and analytics solutions for reliability and performance.
Manage risks, dependencies and delivery timelines with governance and quality controls.
Identify and remove technical barriers; support issue resolution.
