Vallarta Supermarkets in the United States is seeking a Dairy/Deli/Frozen (DDF) Manager to lead daily operations of dairy, deli, and frozen departments. You will drive sales and profits while ensuring food safety and merchandising standards, and you will guide a team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll supervise clerks, forecast sales, control expenses, and maintain displays, with a focus on Vallarta’s culture of respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail management or supervisory experience in dairy, deli, or frozen preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to forecast sales, manage labor, and control expenses.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and workplace safety.
• Basic computer skills with Excel, Word, and Outlook; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the dairy, deli, and frozen departments daily.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and support purchases.
• Train staff, enforce policies, and foster positive relations.
• Forecast sales, monitor expenses, and order from approved vendors.
• Maintain shelves, displays, and comply with sanitation standards.
