Caterpillar is seeking a Lead Digital Business Analyst – Supply Chain to lead discovery, analysis, and solution definition for supply chain capabilities within our ERP ecosystem (including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management).

This role partners with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and IT to translate complex operational needs into clear requirements, user stories, data definitions, and testable acceptance criteria—ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Experience delivering ERP or complex supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Dynamics 365 SCM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with stakeholders to understand objectives, risks, and dependencies.
• Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle for SCM capabilities and translate into user stories.
• Validate designs with delivery teams; support UAT and training; ensure traceability to requirements.
