Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Lead Digital Business Analyst – Supply Chain to guide discovery, analysis, and solution definition for SCM capabilities within the ERP ecosystem, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and IT to translate complex needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria. The role influences cross-functional decisions, owns end-to-end requirements, supports UAT and training, and helps

Qualifications

Experience with ERP / Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM in a product or process analysis role.
Strong knowledge of SCM planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment.
Ability to translate complex business needs into user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
Experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog refinement, testing, releases, and stakeholder reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with stakeholders to understand objectives, risks, constraints, and outcomes.
Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle for SCM capabilities and manage traceability.
Define reporting, analytics, and data needs (KPIs, master data, data quality).
Validate solution designs with delivery teams and support UAT and training.
Create stakeholder-ready materials and demonstrations for adoption.
Coordinate releases and manage cross-functional dependencies.
