Job summary

Caterpillar is hiring a Senior Manager, Digital Product to lead strategy and delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications. You will manage product managers and cross-functional teams across roadmap, adoption, and ongoing enhancements to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Finance & Operations solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, digital transformation, CRM, ERP, or enterprise application experience.
• Experience leading product managers, product owners, or cross-functional product teams.
• Proven success leading Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Finance & Operations roadmaps.
• Deep experience with Dynamics 365 CE/FO configuration, integrations, security, data management, and lifecycles.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and product owners.
• Oversee delivery, backlog, release planning, and governance for multiple product teams.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and implementation teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Communicate strategy, roadmap priorities, and business value to executives and stakeholders.
• Drive adoption, change management, and training to maximize product value.
