Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Lead Digital Business Analyst – Supply Chain to drive discovery, analysis, and solution definition for ERP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and IT to translate complex needs into clear requirements and testable acceptance criteria.

You will own end-to-end requirements, lead workshops, define data needs and KPIs, support UAT and training, and help manage releases and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Experience delivering ERP or complex supply chain transformations; D365 SCM preferred.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to capture objectives and outcomes.
• Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle for supply chain capabilities.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and data definitions.
• Partner with delivery teams to validate designs and support UAT and training.
• Coordinate releases, manage dependencies, and maintain traceability.
