You will partner with logistics and distribution stakeholders to map processes, shape solution designs, and drive SDLC discipline, SaaS integrations, and value-driven delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years in business analysis, ERP implementation, and cloud optimization with D365 experience.
- Strong logistics, distribution, and process modeling skills.
- Experience translating requirements into technical solutions and data models.
- SaaS integration, API concepts, and CI/CD familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Lead business/technical analysis for US and cross-regional stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution blueprints.
- Design secure, scalable D365 Finance & SCM solutions and integrations.
- Coordinate SaaS implementations and end-to-end processes across SDLC.
- Communicate with stakeholders and drive adoption and governance.
- Liaise with IT, vendors, and managed services to ensure delivery quality.
