Job summary

IT Associates seeks a Senior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Analyst to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM design, configuration, implementation, and optimization for manufacturing environments.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, own deliverables across the project lifecycle, and drive adoption through training and documentation.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed functional solutions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end implementations and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate needs into functional specifications.
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify impacts across departments and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet immediate and long-term goals.
• Provide system-agnostic recommendations to improve efficiency and standardize processes.
• Own functional deliverables through the full project lifecycle: design, testing, UAT, deployment, support.
• Coordinate testing strategies, data validation, and process verification.
• Support project planning and manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
• Ensure adoption through proactive stakeholder engagement and training.
